Champagne Brunch @ Braise

  设在圣淘沙Palawan Beach的Braise走高档欧陆风格,熟客多喜欢在黄昏时分到访。餐馆最近推出Sunday Brunch,吸引你在星期天上午前来,感受不一样的情调。
  白天的Braise阳光明媚,展现于黄昏迥然不同的风情。大片落地窗外是蓝天海洋,男女健儿在沙滩上挥洒活力。
  菜单只有简单一页,列出所有选项。单是前菜部分就有多达8道,不需点用,逐道上桌,包括每日例汤、Caesar沙律、带子、炸蚝、番茄乳酪挞、小章鱼、虾蟹饼等等,道道口感各异。除了鹅肝只限一份,其余各道都可以任点多次。不过,别忘了这只是前菜,千万要留一些空间给之后的多道好菜!


  进入正餐,首先是早餐部分,可选择不同作风的鸡蛋或Pancakes,搭配香肠、火腿、鲑鱼等等。
主菜方面,四道任选,最特别的是Saffron Porridge with Pan Seared Cod Fish,口感与常见的粥品很不一样,黄粥呈浓稠状,入口有Saffron的香味,搭配香煎鳕鱼,鲜美入味。喜欢面食类可点用Sauteed Slipper Lobster with Angel Hair Pasta,细面条拌有泰式调料的香味。爱吃肉类的朋友可选择Duck Leg Confit或Mushroom and Cheese Burger,鸭肉属于东方口味,汉堡包搭配的一小盘Tonkarashi Chips也令人难忘。
  甜品方面,向来对Panna Cotta情有独衷,这里的版本在奶油布丁上搭配了各种水果,口感清新。另一选择是Brioche Toast, Caramelized Banana and Vanilla Ice Cream,不嗜甜也可点用Cheese Selection,搭配香槟慢慢享用。
  收费每人$68,包括无限享用冰茶、Mocktail或果汁。香槟选用Delamotte Brut Champagne,一瓶$88,两瓶$168。
